16 simple things to know!

1-All shipments will be sent through EMS , unless otherwise indicated by YOU(UPS , Fedex , DHL ,
TNT )

2- All shipping charges are added on the bill once we process your order!

3- Shipping Charges are same as what the shipper charge us - we don't make money on it!

4- Orders will be shipped from INDIA only ! International orders may have additional surcharge!

5- Minimum order is $ 200

6- Fedex , DHL , TNT , UPS will not carry GOLD we will arrange a separate shipping option for these
kinds of orders , TNT and DHL do not carry the silver , precious and semi precious beads.

7- We ship to all major destinations around the world

8- Each product is charged a flat rate of $20 on the first 250 gms. Every additional 250gms is $5. (USA and Europe included).Shipping
rates are based on package weight,dimension and destination therefore base rate may not apply to all countries so Shipping charges
may be higher for some rural areas.

9- All duties and taxes (including Customs or import duties) as applicable in your country will be borne by you.

10-COMBINE SHIPMENTS: Yes, you absolutely can. If you have purchased more than one product, we can ship the products together.
This will turn out to be a much cheaper option for you as you will be charged on the total weight of the package, exempting you from the
initial $20 for the additional purchases.(However, please keep in mind that all products may not be ready to ship within 24 hours. In such
cases, you have a choice to either wait, so we can ship everything together or select the “ship individually” option.)

11- All products are securely packaged in strong and sturdy boxes containing protective material to avoid any damages that may occur.
Your package will include an invoice and also a “Certificate of Authenticity” where applicable.

12-For your own safety, we do NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses. We ship to street addresses only.

13. CAUTION:
A. We encourage all customers to carefully check all packages received by them for damages or tampering before signing for the same.
B. Signature of the customer is required on receipt of every package.
